Terms of Service

You may browse the public website without an account. Tenant-level service accounts are intended for adults age 18 and older.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not use services for unlawful activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interference, or abuse of service infrastructure.
• Do not impersonate others or submit fraudulent information.

You agree to use the service only for lawful and authorized business purposes.

• No reverse engineering, scraping abuse, malware, or disruption attempts.
• No use that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• No unauthorized resale or sublicensing of platform access.

Paid services may include memberships and custom web development deliverables. Fees, billing cadence, and invoice terms are presented at checkout or in service agreements.

• All sales are final. No refunds unless required by applicable law.
• For custom HTML/CSS work, you may request delivery/export of your custom files at any time.
• For tenant data within the Aurora platform, you may request a data export at any time.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Skylabs North, LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in Aurora platform software, systems, and proprietary materials.

Except for rights needed to provide services, you retain ownership of your own submitted business content and custom deliverables created for you.

This site does not currently provide public posting or community-content features. If those features are added in the future, additional terms may apply.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to services at our discretion, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.

You may stop using services at any time. Account/data handling after termination remains subject to legal and operational retention requirements.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skylabs North, LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Total liability for any claim related to paid services will not exceed amounts paid by you to Skylabs North, LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Unless otherwise required by law, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and each party consents to that venue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
